Land Discharge Permit — Order No. 5-01-208
Order No. 5-01-208 stipulates that an Annual Report shall be submitted to the Regional Board by February 1 each year discussing activities related to the District's operations over the previous year.
In addition to the data normally presented in a monthly report, the Annual Report provides the District with the opportunity to provide an evaluation of the groundwater quality beneath the wastewater treatment facility, a discussion of any data gaps and potential deficiencies in the monitoring system or reporting program, a summary of the water conservation activities conducted during the year, a summary of inflow/infiltration (I/I) reduction activities taken during the year, a hydraulic capacity evaluation, a summary of activity related to the purchase of, or permits, leases, contracts or agreements for wastewater application lands, and the results from the annual monitoring of the ponds and water supply.

Surface Water Discharge Permit — Order No. R5-2022-0037
By January 30 of each year, the District submits a written report to the Executive Officer of the Regional Water Quality Control Board discussing activities related to the District's NPDES Order No. R5-2022-0037 over the last year. The report includes the names, certificate grades, and general responsibilities of all persons employed at the Facility, contact information for emergency and routine situations, and certification of monitoring instrument calibration and current operation and maintenance documentation.
